Booking on account for offshore companies
Most of our work runs through corporate accounts. Your planners book by phone or email, drivers are dispatched without any payment at the vehicle, and you receive one monthly invoice with the project reference, vessel name or cost centre shown per journey.
Crewing agencies and offshore personnel agencies use the same structure to arrange transportation for personnel they place with client companies, with consolidated invoicing per client or per project.
How a crew transfer is arranged
- Send the request by phone, email or the online request form
- We confirm vehicle type, driver and timing, usually within 30 minutes
- Flight numbers are monitored and pickup times adjusted to the actual arrival
- The driver meets the crew at arrivals, the hotel or the quay with a name board
- Your planner receives confirmation and, where required, pickup coordination updates
