The agency's transport problem
A crewing agency is judged by whether its personnel turn up. Once a candidate is confirmed, the agency owns the logistics: flights, hotels, certificates and the ground transport that ties them together. That last part is usually arranged at short notice, for a person the agency has never met, arriving in a country they may not know, at an hour when nothing is open.
We take that leg off your desk. You send the movement, we confirm it in writing, and your candidate is met at Schiphol arrivals with a name board and driven to the port, base or hotel. If the flight moves, we move with it and tell your coordinator.

Agency transport invoices have to survive being passed on to an end client. Can invoices be split per client or per placement?
Yes. Each journey carries the reference you supply, which can be the client name, vessel, placement number or candidate name, so agency invoices can be re-billed to end clients without reconstructing the month.
Can you deal directly with the personnel travelling?
Yes. With the agency's authorisation, our drivers and operations desk communicate directly with the travelling personnel for practical matters such as meeting points and delays, while all commercial matters stay with the agency.
Do you transport personnel who do not speak English or Dutch?
Regularly. Drivers work with name boards, written instructions and the booking details supplied by the agency, and our desk can relay messages via the agency's coordinator when a language barrier makes direct contact difficult.
