Beyond crew changes
Offshore and energy companies move far more people than just crew. Client representatives visit vessels, inspectors travel to yards, project managers shuttle between offices and sites, and head office visitors need collecting from Schiphol. All of it can run through the same corporate account, with the same billing structure and the same operations contact.
Recurring and scheduled transportation
Where the same journey repeats, we set it up as a standing booking: shift transport to a yard, a weekly office run, or daily transportation during a shutdown or turnaround. Recurring work is planned with a consistent vehicle class and, where possible, consistent drivers who already know the site access rules.
Reporting and cost allocation
Every journey can carry a project reference, cost centre, department or purchase order number, supplied at booking and shown on the invoice line. Finance departments get one monthly document that can be split without contacting us; project managers get a clear view of what their project actually spent on transport.
Frequently asked questions
Can we set spending rules for our staff?
Yes. Accounts can be limited to named bookers, to specific routes, or to journeys carrying a valid project reference, so ad hoc bookings cannot be charged to your account without authorisation.
Do you provide transportation for company events and site visits?
Yes, including minibus and coach transportation for larger groups. Ask the business desk for a quotation.
