Why hotel transfers matter in a crew change
Crews rarely fly in and sail on the same day. A typical rotation involves an evening arrival at Schiphol, a night in a crew hotel near the port, and a departure to the quay before breakfast. That middle leg is where transportation most often breaks down, because hotel shuttles do not run at 04:30 and street-hailed taxis cannot take eight people with offshore bags.

Standing arrangements for recurring stays
Where a company keeps rooms permanently for rotating crew, we set up recurring transfers: the same route at the same time, confirmed weekly, adjusted by exception. Your coordinator only has to contact us when something changes, and the whole month appears on one invoice with the project reference per journey.
Frequently asked questions
Can you collect crews before 05:00?
Yes. Early morning departures to the quay are routine work for us and are dispatched from our own driver network, so a 04:00 pickup is confirmed the same way as a midday one.
Can you recommend crew hotels?
We can tell you which hotels near each port are used regularly by offshore crews and which ones handle early breakfasts and late check-ins. We do not take commission on hotel bookings.
