In all of those cases somebody needs to be somewhere within hours, and the transport has to be arranged in a single phone call.
Our operations desk is staffed continuously, so a call at 02:30 reaches a person who can dispatch a vehicle, not an answering service. For urgent work in the Randstad and the IJmond we can normally have a vehicle moving within the hour; for Den Helder, Eemshaven and Zeeland we confirm a realistic arrival time immediately rather than promising the impossible.

How quickly can a vehicle be dispatched?
In the Randstad, Haarlem, Amsterdam, Schiphol and the IJmond region we can usually have a vehicle en route within the hour, often faster. For remote destinations we confirm a realistic ETA on the phone.
Is there a surcharge for last-minute bookings?
Night and immediate-dispatch rates apply for urgent work outside standard hours. Account holders are quoted the rate on the call so there are no surprises on the invoice.
