Airports we cover
Amsterdam Schiphol handles the overwhelming majority of offshore crew arrivals into the Netherlands, and it is where most of our airport work takes place. We also cover Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Eindhoven Airport, Groningen Airport Eelde for Eemshaven-bound personnel, and Brussels or Düsseldorf for crews routed through neighbouring hubs.
Flight monitoring and waiting time
Every transfer booked with a flight number is monitored. If the aircraft is delayed, the driver is rescheduled automatically and you are not charged for waiting caused by the airline. If the flight lands early, the driver is already there.
For arrivals we include a standard waiting allowance after landing to cover immigration, baggage reclaim and, for crews arriving from outside Schengen, the walk from the far end of the terminal. Crews travelling with unusual luggage volumes are given a longer allowance.
Meet-and-greet for crews who have never been here before
Offshore personnel frequently arrive in the Netherlands for the first time, tired, after a long haul flight, sometimes at three in the morning. Our drivers meet them inside the arrivals hall with a name board showing the passenger or company name, help with luggage and drive straight to the destination.
For groups arriving on different flights we can hold a consolidated pickup, or run separate vehicles and reunite the crew at the port or hotel, whichever your schedule needs.
Departures and outbound crews
Outbound transfers are planned backwards from the check-in deadline, with realistic allowances for the A9, A4 and A22 at peak times and for tunnel closures around the North Sea Canal. When a vessel arrives late, we adjust the departure time rather than cancelling, and where a connection is genuinely unreachable we tell you early enough to rebook.
Frequently asked questions
Can you monitor flight arrivals?
Yes. When you provide the flight number we track the actual arrival time and adjust the driver's schedule automatically, at no additional cost for airline delays.
Where does the driver wait at Schiphol?
Inside the arrivals hall at the meeting point for the relevant terminal, with a name board. The driver's mobile number is sent to the passenger and to the booker in advance.
Do you cover airports outside the Netherlands?
We regularly run transfers to and from Brussels and Düsseldorf for crews routed via those hubs. Ask the operations desk for a quotation.
