Planning a group movement
A crew bus booking lives or dies on the details: how many passengers, how many bags of what size, whether the group arrives together or on separate flights, and whether the vehicle can reach the quay. We ask for those details at booking rather than discovering them at the kerb.
For crews arriving on multiple flights we can either hold the bus until everyone has landed, or run a car for early arrivals and the bus for the main group. For mobilisations we can stage several vehicles at the same time so an entire project team reaches the port in one movement.
Shift and site transportation
During installation campaigns, yard periods and shutdowns, we operate fixed shift runs between accommodation and site at handover times. Timetables are agreed in advance, vehicles are dedicated for the duration, and changes are handled through a single coordinator on each side.

Do you provide group transportation for full crew changes?
Yes. Minibuses and coaches with dedicated luggage capacity are available across the Netherlands, including for simultaneous arrivals and departures during a crew change.
How much luggage can a 16-seat minibus take?
As a rule of thumb, a 16-seat minibus comfortably carries 16 passengers with hand luggage, or around 10 to 12 offshore crew with a suitcase and an offshore bag each. Tell us the real luggage volume and we will size the vehicle accurately.
