Crew Changes
24/7 offshore transportation for last-minute crew changes
Most offshore transport is planned. The work that defines a provider is the unplanned part: the call at 01:40 when a technician has to be in Den Helder by 06:00.

Call, do not email
For anything inside two hours, a phone call reaches a dispatcher who can check vehicle availability while you are still talking. An email sits in an inbox. Give the pickup point, destination, passenger count and the absolute deadline in the first sentence; everything else can follow.
Realistic response times
A provider who promises the same response everywhere is not being straight with you. What matters is a realistic, committed ETA given on the call so you can decide whether road transport still solves the problem.
- Haarlem, Amsterdam, Schiphol and the IJmond: a vehicle is usually moving within the hour
- Rotterdam and the wider Randstad: typically one to two hours depending on traffic
- Den Helder and Zeeland: driving time dominates; expect a confirmed ETA rather than an instant arrival
- Eemshaven: plan on three hours or more from a Randstad dispatch
Why accounts are faster
Urgent bookings from account holders skip payment entirely: no card details, no prepayment, no authorisation chain. In practice this routinely saves fifteen to thirty minutes, which is often exactly the margin available. Opening an account before you need one is the cheapest insurance in offshore logistics.
Common urgent scenarios
- A crew member signed off sick and a replacement flying in overnight
- A cancelled flight requiring rerouting via another airport
- A vessel brought forward on a weather window
- Certificates, documents or PPE that must reach a vessel before departure
- Crew stranded at a port gate outside working hours
